Loved the pool!! Room was huge and clean. Had a small table and chairs which was great having kids there. This place is great! We stopped here overnight with 2 kids. The staff were fantastic and kind. They could see it had been a long day and gave us a cold bottle of wine on the house ❤️ The next day I managed to leave without the happy bag with had EVERYTHING in it!!! The called us within 10mins of us leaving so we could return and grab it. Great country people with a great motel. The pool is wonderful and just what we needed after a long day of travelling in the heat! We are definitely staying here again and highly recommend. Thank you Country Gardens Motor Inn

From the initial contact and exceptional service from Matt and the service staff, to the room itself and location, this place was fantastic on every level. We drove a few hours to get there and reception had been patchy to let them know we were arriving late but Matt called us as we were in our way and let us know that he would have the key in the room and air con set so we were comfortable and could grab dinner without worrying about checking in first- amazing, thanks Matt! Could not fault anything with the room, clean, comfortable and well thought out extras. Highly, highly recommend!

Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable and bathroom spotlessly clean. We were a little disappointed that the kitchenette was very tiny with no sink or area to prepare food. There was quite a bit of road noise which fortunately stopped late at night. Early morning there were plumbing noises from adjoining units. The other facilities we did not use were a salt chlorinated pool, guest coin laundry, barbecue and a defibrillator. Parking for one car at the door and a very short drive into Cowra.

Soon after posting my review the motel manager rang me to query my staff rating of less than excellent. He wanted to know if we'd had any staff issues - which we had not, but there was nothing exceptional either. It's good to see a proprietor monitoring their customers' comments and interested in making improvements if necessary.

We had a room issue and Matt (owner) listened, discussed options, and then implemented what we agreed on. He also provided wonderful dinner recommendations in town. Room was a very good size, bed super comfortable, and WiFi was fast and consistent. Hotel is on a main road, but unlike other locations, it is on a flat section and away from traffic lights, so trucks don't need to use their noisy compression brakes.
